We understand that access to affordable housing impacts both health and educational outcomes and so much more. As a HUD-certified housing counseling agency serving SW Ohio, SE Indiana, and Northern Kentucky, WIN works to prepare homeowners to make informed decisions in the house buying process. We also build and rehab high-energy efficient homes to actually create more affordable housing in our neighborhoods.
