WIN Annual Foreclosure Report Release

WIN’s annual study of 2013 foreclosures in Hamilton County will be released to the public on Tuesday, April 22 at 10:00 am at our offices at 1814 Dreman Ave in South Cumminsville. Hard copies of the 2013 Report will be available, and Sister Barbara Busch will discuss the report findings. A digital copy of the report will be available online later that day.
Since 2002, Working In Neighborhoods has tracked foreclosure activity in Hamilton County and produced an annual report describing trends and patterns of foreclosures in our communties. The report provides valuable information for neighborhood leaders, local governments, and others concerned about the impact of the foreclosure crisis on their neighborhoods.

WIN’s Second Annual Spring Event

This May, Working In Neighborhoods will hold our Second Annual Spring Event for families who have purchased WIN homes, from the mid-1980s to the current time. It will be a wonderful opportunity to catch up, share a meal, and talk about the joys and challenges of homeownership. Several lenders will also be present to share information on their banking services, home loan products and how to qualify for home improvement loans or refinancing. Jim Knolle of JEK Construction will be returning to do another workshop on the basics of home maintenance, so come with your list of questions.
