WIN has been a huge supporter of energy efficiency and has worked with public utilities since 1986 to promote it. WIN Staffers Kofi Nevis and Andrew Feltner provide energy education to individual consumers, nonprofit organizations, and churches. Programs include education about utility payment plans, energy conservation, weatherization, and energy audits. WIN also provides energy education through the Duke Weatherization program in partnership with People Working Cooperatively.
